Leadership

Leadership has a dual role: to lead and to educate.

Good leadership comes from good decisions.

Good decisions are made with intellect and conscience.

Intellect demands knowledge and reasoning.

Knowledge is two-fold: factual of the universe and logical of the mind.

Since knowledge is infinite a leader is always in semi-ignorance.

Therefore, a good leader’s decisions come not only from knowledge, intellect and conscience but also from the counsel of wise and conscientious people.

And, a good leader becomes a great leader when he brings peace to his people and neighbors and neighbors’ neighbors.

I do not see such a leader in today’s hypocritical world.
